Today, I think I had a defining moment in my career experimentation… I do not want to work in the restaurant industry. While I like the excitement and all the awesomeness that is building a economy around food, I actually am way too calm to be in this.
So if I have learned anything from my Capstone class, it’s that I do not like working in restaurants and I have a greater respect for people who work in them that manage to be cool.
Dear wait staff of the world, Ya’ll rock.
